Delhi Airport

Quite possibly the worst airport in the world: ridiculous delays and check-in times, policies that force you to pay when you want to use the airport’s ATM, and a general lack of organisation that sadly characterises so many of Delhi’s institutions, all contributed to an experience so unpleasant that we will never fly to or from that airport again. The terminal manager also failed to identify himself satisfactorily when asked, made vaguely rude comments, and was utterly unprofessional. With mangy animals running up and down the roads and around the drop-off points, locals sleeping outside the terminal, dogs (one of which was bleeding from its anus) bothering waiting passengers and the pathetically-inadequate waiting facilities (which also charge a fee every three hours), Delhi International Airport is a disgrace to the city and the country of India.
